Rishikesh is located in Uttrakhand which is 236 km away from Delhi. The road journey from Delhi to Rishikesh is just 6-7 hours via NH 334.
Rishikesh is an ancient city with several mythological and religious beliefs about Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva. and it is said that Rishikesh was established by Adi Shankaracharya in 8th AD.
